The term “emulsified cream” means any milk, cream or skimmed milk, whether or not condensed, evaporated, concentrated, powdered, dried or desiccated, to which has been added that which is commonly known as process butter, or butter which has been clarified or refined by heating, boiling or by mixing under pressure, or otherwise, so that the resulting product is in imitation or semblance of pure cream arising from pure fresh milk.
