Missouri Revised Statutes Title XII. Public Health and Welfare § 196.575. Unidentified products subject to seizure

Any articles found in the possession of any person which are not identified as to the name and address of the manufacturer, the name of the product, and the list of ingredients, as required for specific product identity, may be seized and held until properly graded and labeled.
