Each application for a license, or the renewal thereof, issued pursuant to sections 192.2200 to 192.2260 shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable fee in the amount required by the department. The fee, to be determined by the department, shall not exceed one hundred dollars and shall be based on the licensed capacity of the applicant.
