Missouri Revised Statutes Title XII. Public Health and Welfare § 189.075. Payments on actual cost and fair and reasonable cost basis

Funds appropriated under sections 189.010 to 189.085 shall be paid only to providers meeting standards promulgated under sections 189.010 to 189.085. Reimbursement for facilities and equipment approved by the department shall be on the basis of actual cost. Reimbursement for services rendered by providers shall be on the basis of their fair and reasonable charges, not to exceed the customary and usual charges in that community for those services.
