Missouri Revised Statutes Title XII. Public Health and Welfare § 189.040. Payment to local government treasurer--funds, how used

The state treasurer shall pay the warrants to the treasurer of the city, county, corporation or district, who shall deposit the same to be used to supplement the appropriations from the local governmental agency for poor patients.
