Missouri Revised Statutes Title XII. Public Health and Welfare § 188.115. Severability clause

If any provision of sections 188.100 to 188.120 is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unconstitutional as applied to a specific person or class of persons, the provisions of sections 188.100 to 188.120 shall remain in full force and effect as to every other person or class of persons who is otherwise covered under these sections.
