Missouri Revised Statutes Title XI. Education and Libraries § 184.380. Report to chief executive officers, when

The metropolitan zoological park and museum district board shall make before the second Monday in April an annual report to the chief executive officers of the said city and county respectively stating the condition of their trust on the first day of January of that year, the various sums of money received and distributed by it on behalf of the subdistricts and shall further make a combined annual report of those reports submitted by the respective subdistricts as provided hereunder.
