Missouri Revised Statutes Title XI. Education and Libraries § 182.510. Law not to prevent merger of city and county district

Nothing in sections 182.480 to 182.510 shall be construed so as to prevent the merger of the city library and the county library district as provided in section 182.040 or 182.291.
