Missouri Revised Statutes Title XI. Education and Libraries § 177.131. Establishment of elementary and high schools

The school board in each urban district, as soon as sufficient funds have been provided, shall establish an adequate number of elementary and high schools, select and procure sites, and erect and furnish suitable school buildings therefor.
