Missouri Revised Statutes Title XI. Education and Libraries § 174.225. No state college or university to seek land grant designation or research designation held by other institutions

No state college or university shall seek the land grant designation held by Lincoln University and the University of Missouri or the research designation currently held by the University of Missouri.
