Missouri Revised Statutes Title XI. Education and Libraries § 172.747. Board of curators to publish and distribute traffic regulations--speed limit signs to be posted

The regulations established by the board of curators shall be codified, printed and distributed for public use. Adequate signs displaying the speed limit shall be posted along such thoroughfares.
