Missouri Revised Statutes Title XI. Education and Libraries § 162.805. State and area advisory committees, how appointed--tenure

1. The commissioner of education shall appoint such state and area advisory committees as are needed to make recommendations for the various state schools for severely handicapped children.

2. The members of these advisory committees shall serve at the discretion of the commissioner of education.
