Missouri Revised Statutes Title XI. Education and Libraries § 162.281. Candidate to declare for term of specific number of years, when

Except as provided in section 162.563, in all seven-director districts, including urban districts, when directors are to be elected for terms of different lengths, each candidate shall declare for a term of a specific number of years and the different terms shall be voted upon as separate propositions.
