Missouri Revised Statutes Title XI. Education and Libraries § 162.1055. School districts soliciting enrollment of a nonresident student, prohibited--activities in schools to be determined by district

No school district shall solicit the enrollment of a nonresident student. For the purpose of determining eligibility to participate in high school activities, the rules of any association governing such activities to which the district belongs shall govern.
