Missouri Revised Statutes Title X. Taxation and Revenue § 143.531. Time for filing declaration of estimated tax

1. A declaration of estimated tax, other than by a farmer, shall be filed on or before April fifteenth of the taxable year, except that if the requirements of section 143.521 are first met:

A declaration of estimated tax required by section 143.521 from an individual having an estimated Missouri gross income from farming for the taxable year which is at least two-thirds of his total estimated Missouri gross income taxable in this state for the taxable year, may be filed at any time on or before January fifteenth of the succeeding taxable year, in lieu of the time otherwise prescribed.
