Every supplier and permissive supplier who properly remits tax in accordance with this chapter shall be allowed to retain one-tenth of one percent of the tax imposed by this chapter and collected and remitted by that supplier in accordance with this chapter to cover the costs of administration imposed by this chapter including reporting, audit compliance, dye injection, and shipping paper preparation.
