1. Whenever any ancillary parcel is acquired by a land bank agency and is encumbered by a lien or claim for real property taxes owed to a taxing authority, such taxing authority may elect to contribute to the land bank agency all or any portion of such taxes that are distributed to and received by such taxing authority.
2. To the extent that a land bank agency receives payments or credits of any kind attributable to liens or claims for real property taxes owed to a taxing authority, the land bank agency shall remit the full amount of the payments to the collector for distribution to the appropriate taxing authority.
