Missouri Revised Statutes Title X. Taxation and Revenue § 136.200. Duty of sheriff

Such sheriff shall, without delay, levy and collect the same, together with the penalties and forfeitures stated in the writ, by sale of the goods and chattels and real estate of such delinquent.
