Missouri Revised Statutes Title VIII. Public Officers and Employees, Bonds and Records § 110.230. Duplicate monthly statements by depositaries

It shall be the duty of each depositary selected under the provisions of sections 110.130 to 110.260 on the first of each month to make a statement in duplicate of the amount of interest accrued for the preceding month, and of the balance standing to the credit of said county with such depositary, one of which statements said depositary shall deliver to the county treasurer, and one to the county clerk of said county.
