Missouri Revised Statutes Title VIII. Public Officers and Employees, Bonds and Records § 103.155. Reimbursement by participating member agency of start-up costs incurred solely for member agency

If so determined by the board, a participating member agency shall reimburse the plan for any initial start-up costs that are incurred by the plan solely on behalf of the participating member agency and necessary in order for the participating member agency to be included in the plan.
