Missouri Revised Statutes Title VIII. Public Officers and Employees, Bonds and Records § 103.084. Recommendation to change to an October first plan year for health care provider contracts

Due to the differences between the appropriations process and the current contract methodology used by the board, the general assembly hereby recommends that the board, with respect to health care provider contracts, implement a plan year based upon a fiscal year beginning October first rather than the calendar year period currently employed by the board.
