Missouri Revised Statutes Title VII. Cities, Towns and Villages § 94.655. Termination date for cities adopting without vote of the people

In those cities in which the transportation sales tax has been submitted to and approved by the voters or by a majority vote of the governing body of any such city without submission of the issue to the voters, the transportation sales tax shall remain in effect until repealed by local ordinance in those cities.
