Missouri Revised Statutes Title VII. Cities, Towns and Villages § 88.047. Condemnation of property--report of damages

When no requests for jury trials are filed within the time limited, or when the allowances of damages have been finally determined, the clerk shall make a report of the result of the proceedings showing the amount of damages finally allowed for each lot, tract or parcel of land to be appropriated, describing the same, and showing the amounts finally charged against the various lots, tracts and parcels of land for benefits, describing the same and the amount assessed against the city at large, if any, and the amount of excess to be paid by the city, if any, under his hand and the seal of the court, and file the same with the papers in the case.  He shall also make a copy of said report, duly certified, which the sheriff shall deliver to the city clerk and the sheriff shall make his return on the original showing such service and the date thereof.
