Missouri Revised Statutes Title VII. Cities, Towns and Villages § 87.500. Membership continued after retirement

All members of any such fire department in any such city or county in this state shall become members of the fire department pension fund and relief association, and may continue in full membership in such association after having been retired from the department and pensioned by the association.
