If at any time there shall not be sufficient money in the funds created under the provisions of sections 87.380 to 87.490 to pay each person entitled to the benefits herein provided the full amount per month provided for in said rules and regulations, then an equal percentage of such monthly payments shall be paid to each beneficiary until said funds shall have been replenished so as to warrant the payment in full of each of said beneficiaries.
