Missouri Revised Statutes Title VII. Cities, Towns and Villages § 87.390. City treasurer ex officio member of board

The treasurer, in all cities in this state to which sections 87.380 to 87.490 are applicable, shall be ex officio treasurer of said board, and as such shall have charge of the funds and securities provided for herein. He shall give such bond as the board may require, and shall be subject to the order and direction of the board.
