Missouri Revised Statutes Title VII. Cities, Towns and Villages § 82.311. License collector, St. Louis City, qualifications--residence requirement, violation, forfeiture of office

1. No person shall be elected or appointed to the office of license collector in any city not within a county who shall not have been a qualified voter of such city for one year next preceding his election or appointment.

2. Any license collector of any city not within a county who removes his residence from such city shall forfeit such office.
