Missouri Revised Statutes Title VII. Cities, Towns and Villages § 82.200. Attestation of ordinances--evidence, when

All ordinances, resolutions and proceedings of such city may be approved by its corporate seal, attested by the officer having charge thereof, and when printed and published by authority of such city, the same shall be received in evidence in all courts and places without further proof.
