No elected or appointed official or employee of the municipality or authority, and no spouse or dependent child of any official or employee shall have any financial or pecuniary interest whatsoever in any land, land development which is a part of a redevelopment project of the authority or any of the authority's operations including the issuance of bonds or other indebtedness.
