Missouri Revised Statutes Title VII. Cities, Towns and Villages § 78.390. Penalties

The council of such city shall have the power to pass ordinances imposing suitable penalties for the punishment of persons violating any of the provisions of sections 78.010 to 78.420 relating to the civil service commission.
