Missouri Revised Statutes Title VII. Cities, Towns and Villages § 72.350. Courts to take judicial notice of absorption

After the effective date of the absorption, the courts of this state shall take judicial notice of the absorption and of the new corporate boundaries of the municipality which absorbed the other municipalities.
