No port authority commissioner shall participate in any deliberations or decisions concerning issues where the port authority commissioner has a direct financial interest in contracts, property, supplies, services, facilities or equipment purchased, sold, or leased by the port authority. Such port authority commissioners shall additionally be subject to the limitations regarding the conduct of public officials as provided in chapter 105.
