Missouri Revised Statutes Title VI. County, Township and Political Subdivision Government § 67.621. Revenues, distribution

1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2 of this section, the revenues received from the tax authorized in section 67.619 shall be used in furtherance of the commission's powers set forth in section 67.607.

2. The regional convention and visitors commission shall set aside and allocate for the use of the regional cultural and performing arts development district established in section 67.627 an amount equal to, but not greater than, four-fifteenths of the total revenues received from the tax authorized in section 67.619.
