Missouri Revised Statutes Title VI. County, Township and Political Subdivision Government § 67.2555. Competitive bids required, when (Jackson County)

Any expenditure of more than twenty-five thousand dollars made by the county executive of a county with a charter form of government and with more than six hundred thousand but fewer than seven hundred thousand inhabitants must be competitively bid.
