Whenever any appointment shall be made, as provided in section 65.200, the township board shall cause a warrant of appointment to be filed in the office of the township clerk, who shall immediately give notice to the person or persons appointed; provided, that when the county commission shall make such appointment they shall cause notice thereof, in writing, to be transmitted by the county clerk to the township clerk, who shall file the same and give notice to the appointee, as provided in section 65.140.
