Missouri Revised Statutes Title VI. County, Township and Political Subdivision Government § 64.950. Law not to impair powers of other political subdivisions--annual report

1. Nothing contained in sections 64.920 to 64.950 shall impair the powers of any county, municipality or other political subdivision to acquire, own, operate, develop or improve any facility which the authority is given the right and power to own, operate, develop or improve.

2. Unless and until otherwise provided, the authority shall make an annual report to the governor, setting forth in detail the operations and transactions conducted by it pursuant to sections 64.920 to 64.950 and any legislation thereunder.
