The county commissions may make and promulgate regulations for the regulation of the public use of areas subject to section 64.341, the hours, conditions, method and manner of such use, the regulation of traffic therein, the protection of the public property and the promotion of the usefulness of such properties. Violation of any regulation so adopted is a misdemeanor.
