The record of such copy and certificate shall, after the same has been duly made, thereafter impart notice to all persons of the contents of such record and of the original instrument from which such record has been made, and all subsequent purchasers and mortgagees shall be deemed to purchase with notice thereof; but this section shall not be so construed as to affect or impair in any wise the notice which the original record of such deed or other instrument of writing may have imparted or may hereafter impart of the contents of such original record.
