Missouri Revised Statutes Title VI. County, Township and Political Subdivision Government § 59.080. Failure to give bond--penalty

No recorder shall enter upon or officiate in his office before he has given such security, upon pain of forfeiting the sum of three hundred dollars, one-half to the county and the other half to him who shall sue for the same, to be recovered by civil action.
