Missouri Revised Statutes Title VI. County, Township and Political Subdivision Government § 58.340. Coroner to administer oath to witnesses

He or she shall administer to them an oath or affirmation in form as follows:

You do swear (or affirm) that the evidence you shall give to the inquest, concerning the death of the person here dead, shall be the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.
