Any county collector who shall violate any of the provisions of section 52.360 or 52.370 may be removed from office upon information being filed by the prosecuting attorney of the county before any judge of the circuit court of said county. If the judge of the circuit court upon hearing shall find that the collector has violated any of the provisions of section 52.360 or 52.370 he shall declare the office of said county collector forfeited, and a vacancy shall be deemed to exist in said office.
