Missouri Revised Statutes Title VI. County, Township and Political Subdivision Government § 52.295. Determination of compensation

For the purpose of enabling the state auditor to determine the compensation of the collector to be paid by this state, the clerk of the county commission, immediately after the annual settlement is made by the collector, shall make out and forward a statement to the state auditor, under the seal of the commission, showing the aggregate of all the taxes and licenses levied for the year for which the settlement was made, including local, special and school and all other taxes.
