Missouri Revised Statutes Title VI. County, Township and Political Subdivision Government § 50.490. Treasurer to keep an account of such fees

Such treasurer shall keep a correct account of such fees in a book kept for that purpose, the account to correspond to that required to be kept by other officers in section 50.470, and shall pay out the same to the proper owners as the same may be called for or demanded, and shall, in his regular settlements with the county commission make a full and complete exhibit of all his acts under the provisions of this chapter.
