Missouri Revised Statutes Title VI. County, Township and Political Subdivision Government § 50.420. Damages against delinquents

If he shall not pay the amount thereof, and produce to the clerk of the county commission the treasurer's receipt therefor, within ten days after such balance is ascertained, the clerk shall charge such delinquent ten percent on the amount then due.
