When any payment shall be made, the commissioner shall endorse the receipt on such certificate, if required, and give credit for such amount on the bond or note, and when full payment shall be made of the purchase money, the purchaser shall deliver up the certificate of purchase, and the commissioner shall make to him a deed in the manner prescribed in section 47.200.
