Beginning at the south boundary line of the state, at a point where the state line crosses the range line between ranges one and two, west; thence north with said range line to the southern boundary of Carter County; thence east with the southern boundary of said Carter County to the western boundary line of Butler County; thence with said western boundary line of Butler County to the point of its intersection with the southern boundary line of the state; thence with the state line to the place of beginning.
