Beginning in the middle of the main channel of the Mississippi River, due east of the mouth of Apple Creek; thence up and along said creek, pursuing the west or principal fork thereof, to the line between townships thirty-three and thirty-four, at or near where said township line is intersected by the section line dividing sections thirty-three and thirty-four, in township thirty-four, range eleven, east; thence west with said township line to the southwest corner of section thirty-four, township thirty-four, range eight, east; thence north with the subdivisional lines to the southwest corner of section fifteen, township thirty-four, range eight, east; thence in a direct line to the southwest corner of section one, township thirty-four, range eight, east; thence in a direct line to the principal forks of Saline Creek; thence in a direct line to the mouth of St. Laurent Creek; thence in a direct line to the middle of the main channel of the Mississippi River; thence down said river in the middle of the main channel thereof, to the place of beginning.
