Missouri Revised Statutes Title VI. County, Township and Political Subdivision Government § 46.081. DeKalb

Beginning at the southeast corner of section thirteen, township fifty-seven, range thirty, west; thence north with the range line between ranges twenty-nine and thirty to the northeast corner of township sixty, range thirty; thence west with the line between townships sixty and sixty-one to the former boundary line of this state; thence south with said boundary line to a point on said line opposite the northwest corner of Clinton County; thence east with the subdivisional lines to the place of beginning.
