Beginning at a point on the former western boundary of this state, where the same is intersected by the subdivisional line between sections twenty-one and twenty-eight, in township fifty-eight, range thirty-three, west; thence north with said former boundary line of the state to the township line between townships sixty-one and sixty-two; thence west with said township line to the middle of the main channel of Nodaway River; thence down said river, in the middle of the main channel thereof, to the southern crossing of said river of the range line between ranges thirty-six and thirty-seven; thence south with said range line to the middle of the main channel of the Missouri River; thence down said river, in the middle of the main channel thereof, to a point where the prolongation west of the subdivisional line running east and west between sections nineteen and thirty of township fifty-eight would intersect the same; thence east with said subdivisional line to the place of beginning.
