For purposes of sections 43.500 to 43.651, all federal and nonstate of Missouri agencies and persons shall pay for criminal records checks, fingerprint searches, and any of the information as defined in subdivision (5) 1 of section 43.500, when such information is not related to the administration of criminal justice. There shall be no charge for information supplied to criminal justice agencies for the administration of criminal justice. For purposes of sections 43.500 to 43.651, the administration of criminal justice is defined in subdivision (1) of section 43.500 and shall be available only as set forth in section 610.120.
